To register for a course, you must complete the enrollment form and provide accurate information.
Payments must be made before the course start date.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Private lessons: Can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Group lessons: Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
If we cancel a class, you will receive a refund or a replacement lesson.
Respect for teachers and classmates is required at all times.
Disruptive behavior may result in suspension without a refund.
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the course starts.
Once the course begins, refunds are not available.
In case of emergencies (e.g., medical issues), a partial refund or course credit may be offered.
All course materials (videos, worksheets, e-books) are copyrighted.
You may not distribute, copy, or sell any materials without permission.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with GDPR (see our Privacy Policy).
